Just a block inland from the beach, Juniper’s Euroka Village is a small, welcoming community of 27 one-bedroom units close to public transport, shops and the ocean.

Euroka Village has a community lounge and a communal laundry, a well-maintained garden and grounds and a small resident-run vegetable patch.

It is located just a block back from Waterman’s Beach and a block and half north of Laurie Strutt Reserve.

The 423 bus stops at the front of the village, which is three blocks north of a Flora Terrace shopping strip, near North Beach Medical Centre, on Lawley Street, and close to hairdressing, pilates, takeaways and Yelo coffee shop. Juniper Euroka offers affordable rental accommodation. There are currently no vacancies but there is a rental wait list.
