This is why we aim to provide affordable housing options across our Juniper sites.
We have a number of affordable lease-for-life rentals spread across our Juniper Retirement Living Villages in Rowethorpe in Bentley, St David’s in Mount Lawley, Chrystal Halliday in Karrinyup and RoseMount in Dianella.
To qualify for one of our rentals, you must be on an Australian Pension and not have assets worth more than $80,000.
When submitting your application, you must provide a Services Australia (formerly Centrelink) proof of income and assets statement.
Our Juniper Retirement Living rentals are in high demand as affordable living options within a safe and social community.
With such high demand, often no rental homes are available, but we can offer the option of joining our waitlist.
