With its strength-based, wellness approach, reablement is about time-limited, targeted interventions to achieve a goal, but it is also about thinking about how we adapt support to empower a customer to continue to enjoy a meaningful quality of life.

At Juniper, we believe it is critical to put in place the correct supports, with our Juniper team partnering with clients to understand their journey so supports are planned, less reactive and don’t allow a client to reach crisis point.

Our Allied Health team at Juniper is critical in delivering this approach for the betterment of our customers.

We want the best talent at Juniper. That’s why we offer bonus payments up to $2000 for existing employees making successful referrals for Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists or Podiatrists.

Home and Community Care

as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Therapy Assistant working one-on-one or running group activities supporting people to live independently in their own home. There are also Lead and Manager positions to progress to.

Residential Aged Care

as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Therapy Assistant working as part of an interdisciplinary team one-on-one or running group activities in a Residential home. There are positions like Residential Manager to progress to.

Corporate Services

With additional training and development, there are opportunities to move into roles across our Corporate Services working in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Recruitment, Marketing, Payroll, Health and Safety, Quality and Risk, Procurement and Administration.
