Boronia Court Retirement Living, Lockyer

Juniper Boronia Court Retirement Living Community, located in Lockyer, Albany, is a small community providing a welcoming, affordable place to call home for older people.

With spacious grounds and surrounded by greenery, it is located alongside the Juniper Beryl Grant Community Centre with its art café, workshops and community rooms, as well as the Juniper Korumup Residential Aged Care Home.

Originally founded in the 1950’s, the village was built to provide affordable living for locals, with new homes added in partnership with the Department of Communities.

Continuing the long history of providing affordable accommodation for the Albany community, Juniper has embarked on refurbishing many of the units to ensure they can be offered as a comfortable place to live for future residents.
