Is this Juniper’s official bringer of Christmas joy? Joyce Ashworth has not only been bringing joy to customers as a staff member for 52 (!) years, she’s also bringing joy to her St David’s Retirement Living community with her extraordinary Christmas decorations.
Joyce has been setting up her growing Christmas collection on the 10th floor of St David’s for the past 9 years.
“I just love Christmas. I love when the kids get to see it all. Residents bring their grandchildren up and to hear their excited little voices is wonderful,” she said.
Her favourite decoration is not the fanciest or the largest, it’s a sleigh that bares the names of her grandchildren.
