Juniper launches new website to enhance aged care experience

Juniper has launched a brand-new website that aims to revolutionise the aged care experience.

The website has been designed to enhance user engagement and accessibility, and it includes various innovative features to cater to the diverse needs of the community.

“We understand that navigating aged care can be daunting for many individuals. That’s why we’ve developed a platform that offers valuable information and personalised guidance through the Juniper Journey quiz,” Juniper CEO Russell Bricknell said.

The “Juniper Journey” is a unique tool where customers answer a few questions resulting in a page tailored to their specific needs, directing them to specific information and advice on the services that may benefit them the most. This initiative stems from Juniper’s research showing that people needing aged care services often have limited experience or knowledge in this area.

In addition to personalised guidance, the website works towards fulfilling Juniper’s customer-centric strategy by offering user-friendly, easy-to-read information.

“Our goal is to make information easily accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of familiarity with aged care services,” Russell said.

An integral part of the new website is the introduction of storytelling, featuring relatable stories that celebrate the experiences of both Juniper staff and customers.

This approach extends to potential new staff members, who will find staff testimonials and stories, dedicated career growth pages, and information on perks such as spotters’ fees and incentives for joining Juniper.
