Become a change maker: Join our consumer advisory bodies

Customers and their representatives’ experiences and ideas are essential to shaping the care and services Juniper provides. That’s why we are doing a call out to join our Juniper Consumer Advisory Body or Quality Care Advisory Body.

Consumer Advisory Groups give residents and their supporters a simple, effective way to:

• Influence decisions that affect the quality of aged care services
• Share your insights and feedback
• Represent the interests of fellow consumers and families
• Strengthen accountability and collaboration between staff and the community.

All customers, family members, representatives, carers, or supporters are welcome to join.

The bodies require a commitment to attend up to four meetings a year, and meeting can be joined in person or online.
