Friday March 8 was International Women’s Day and we wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate the incredible women who have progressed their careers at Juniper through the vital support and care they provide to older Western Australians.
From frontline staff such as carers, nurses, and clinical workers to corporate workers in administrative roles, clinical education, and executive leadership or management, women make up 86 percent of our compassionate workforce at Juniper.
The 2024 theme for International Women’s Day was “Inspiring Inclusion”, and we wanted to provide a snapshot of the strong women who make up our hard-working staff.
We asked these strong women to share what International Women’s Day means to them and how they ‘Inspire Inclusion’ in their workplace.
