Trudie Lindsay
Trudie has always had a strong desire to serve others. She began her career working with children in out of home care in New Zealand, which led her to become an Assistant in Nursing at a small, aged care home. Trudie relocated to Australia with her children to further her passion for aged care.
Trudie has worked in mental health and caring for those living with dementia.
She joined Juniper in 2016, to pursue her love of working with seniors. Trudie is dedicated to making her residents feels like they are happy at home, every day.

At Juniper, we believe food is one of life’s greatest pleasures and serving nutritious, wholesome meals is the key to supporting our residents to live their best life. Each of residents enjoy food from our DINE (Dignity In Nutritional Excellence) initiative, cooked at our on-site Catering Centre by our team of qualified chefs using quality, locally-sourced ingredients.
Life at Juniper Rowethorpe
Set in the heart of Bentley, Juniper Rowethorpe is a leafy, quiet and spacious multi-service campus offering older Western Australians wrap-around support with four Residential Aged Care homes, Transitional Care, Retirement Living and Home and Community Care. The safe and vibrant Rowethorpe community has been designed so residents are able to connect with each other, family and friends with an on-site café, children’s playground, parks, and large community centre. For added convenience, there is also an on-site chemist. As part of a multi-service campus, co-locating residential aged care with retirement living allows partners with different care requirements to stay close together.
