Tanya Cooper
A seasoned Registered Nurse with more than 25 years’ experience in clinical care, Tanya returned to the aged care sector two years ago after working in a variety of clinical nursing roles.
Passionate about aged care, Tanya is driven by her genuine compassion for supporting older people to live their best life and believes it is a privilege to lead a dedicated team to deliver best practice care to residents at Juniper St David’s.
As Residential Manager, Tanya is a big believer in building strong connections with both residents and their families, with a focus on making a positive difference through her strong and compassionate leadership.

At Juniper, we believe food is one of life’s greatest pleasures, and serving wholesome, nutritious meals is the key to supporting our residents to live their best life. Each resident enjoys food from our DINE (Dignity In Nutritional Excellence) initiative. Juniper’s seasonally driven menus are designed by our in-house chefs and prepared daily at our on-site kitchen using local, quality ingredients.
