A Registered Nurse, Mradula brings a depth of experience and passion for aged care to the role. Trained in the UK and working as a community nurse, Mradula embarked on her aged care career in Australia almost two decades ago.
She loves working with her “beautiful” residents to ensure her and her team make a difference in their quality of life.
She brings a sense of positivity to the home, instilling in her team to always provide person-centred care and to take the time to chat and get to know each person. She has an open-door policy and always welcomes feedback from families.

At Juniper, we believe food is one of life’s greatest pleasures, and serving wholesome, nutritious meals is the key to supporting our residents to live their best life. Each resident enjoys food from our DINE (Dignity In Nutritional Excellence) initiative. Juniper’s seasonally driven menus are designed by our in-house chefs and prepared daily at our on-site kitchen using local, quality ingredients.
