Romina is a dedicated and highly qualified Registered Nurse who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Residential Manager. Her commitment to delivering exceptional care to residents, combined with her clinical background and managerial skills, makes her an invaluable asset to Juniper Elimatta. Romina also holds a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing and a Master of Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resource Management.
One of Romina’s standout qualities is her genuine passion for building meaningful relationships with both residents and staff. She takes the time to get to know each resident individually, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Romina’s commitment to fostering a warm and caring environment ensures that her residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Each resident enjoys food from our DINE (Dignity In Nutritional Excellence) initiative.
