Kim McDonald

Kim joined the Juniper Carramar team in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous Residential Manager role at Juniper.

Kim has been an integral part of the Juniper family for a remarkable ten years, with a career in aged care spanning all the way back to 1998.

With a background as an Enrolled Nurse, Kim’s expertise and understanding of the industry are truly valuable. She has a genuine passion for providing the highest quality of care to residents. Having worked as an Enrolled Nurse in the past, Kim possesses a deep understanding of the needs of our residents. However, it’s her genuine love for the residents and staff that truly sets her apart. She adores her team and finds immense joy in supporting them.
