Narissa McMahon
Narissa brings a wealth of experience in nursing and management to Juniper Bethshan Residential Aged Care Home. She is driven by her passion for delivering person-centred care to older people, encouraging, and providing opportunity for residents to continue pursuing their passions and staying connected to their local community.
As a Registered Nurse for three decades, Narissa has worked across acute care, paediatrics and aged care in Western Australia and country New South Wales. Always having a soft spot for the Great Southern region, Narissa jumped at the opportunity to take up the helm at Bethshan.
Together with her team, Narissa works to create a positive, homely environment at Bethshan where residents can feel happy and respected.

At Juniper, we believe food is one of life’s greatest pleasures, and serving wholesome, nutritious meals is the key to supporting our residents to live their best life. Each resident enjoys food from our DINE (Dignity In Nutritional Excellence) initiative. Juniper’s seasonally driven menus are designed by our in-house chefs and prepared daily at our on-site kitchen using local, quality ingredients.
