Services to support you

We want to support you so you can continue to live independently in the comfort of your home while remaining connected to your community.

Our services include:

• Physiotherapy: tailored to your individual needs or enjoyed in a group setting. Our group-based physiotherapy sessions include general exercises, Physio-Chi, GLA:D Program, Stay on Your Feet balance programs, advanced exercise groups, and low-impact exercise groups.
• Nursing Clinic: Wound care, blood pressure and glucose, indwelling catheters, stoma care, assessments such as nutrition, mental health, falls risk, skin integrity and general health and wellbeing.
• Podiatry services: General foot assessments, diabetic foot assessment, nail and foot care, footwear and wounds.

With easy access to public transport and the added convenience of being right across from Rowethorpe Café, it’s the ideal setting for a post-class coffee meet-up with friends.

To access our Day Therapy Centres, you have several options to choose from:

• Eligibility: You must be 65 years old and over.
• Funding: You’ll need a Commonwealth Home Support Program or a Home Care Package. To learn how to apply for these, click here.
• CHSP referral code: If you are a Commonwealth Home Support Package customer, obtaining a referral code through My Aged Care is the initial step. Once you have the referral code, we can book your service.
• Home Care Package clients: For Home Care Package clients, please liaise with your Juniper Care Lead to ensure the availability of funds within your package.
• Prioritising your safety and suitability: In our commitment to safety and suitability, we kindly request you complete a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment before starting group-based exercises. This assessment will help us to tailor the exercises to your specific needs, creating a more personalised experience.
