Next Steps
There are no impersonal call centres at Juniper. It’s good to talk and we know aged care. An assessment by the Aged Care Assesment Team (ACAT) is required and there are forms to fill out but don’t worry. We want to make the journey easier for you and we will take the time to explain how things work so you feel comfortable and informed.
Getting StartedResidential Aged Care Fees
There are a number of ways to pay for aged care accommodation with Juniper. You can choose to pay a refundable deposit upfront in full, or pay a reduced daily amount or a combination of both. All residents are asked by Juniper to pay a basic care fee to cover your day-to-day needs. An Australian Government assessment can work out how much you need to pay towards aged care and how much it will subsidise.
