This year, for National Nutrition Week we highlighted the important role vegetables play in our health and well-being. The focus of this year’s campaign was to inspire Australians to ‘Get the most out of your veg’, and with Juniper’s Dignity in Nutritional Excellence (DINE) program, our residents are provided daily with the highest quality meals full of vegetables.

A key element of our DINE program is using fresh West Australian grown produce to support our local farmers. We promote a ‘fresh is best’ approach in all our meals and we value the importance that fruit and vegetables play in keeping our residents strong and healthy so they can continue to have a life well lived.

To celebrate, we have shared some of the recipes our residents enjoy.
