Book a tour

Once your selection has been made, be sure to contact us and proceed to book a tour of your preferred location. Discuss with us your lease options - and before signing any contract, seek financial and legal advice, if necessary.

Offer and Acceptance

When you have decided to move to one of our retirement units, and the unit is vacant, make a formal written offer. You are also required to pay a Deposit and Administration Fee to secure the unit.
Once you have paid the Deposit and Administration Fee (and in cases where you have not completed an offer “subject to sale” or with other conditions), after all the conditions have been met, and you have a firm move-in date, Juniper will then prepare the agreement document for you.

Noranda Village features 12 independent living residences. All retirement villas have their own undercover parking, and each 3 or 2-bedroom villa features modern conveniences.

These residences offer private resident parking and contemporary amenities.

Inside, you’ll find standard accommodation, including kitchen cupboards and benches, cooker, hot water system, toilet, shower, and bathroom vanity unit.

A typical unit will provide:

  • Built-in wardrobe in master bedroom
  • Light fittings – oyster lights throughout 
  • Floor coverings – carpet or vinyl in bedrooms and living area; vinyl in kitchen; and tiles in bathrooms, toilet, and laundry 
  • Window treatments – vertical or roller blinds in kitchen, living areas and bedrooms
  • Ceiling fans in living area, main bedroom, second bedroom, and outdoor terrace 
  • Fly screen or security doors on external doors 
  • Fly screen or security screens on windows 
  • Gas heater in main living area 
  • Duress call system with up to two pendant buttons Juniper provides site maintenance and gardening

Noranda Village is right next door to a very large local park for relaxed strolls, and getting out and about is easy. Transport is a breeze with regular bus services on Crimea Street and Benara Road, a short walk away. Senior living at its best!

Accommodation at Noranda Village is offered as a Lease for Life arrangement, through payment of a part-refundable entry contribution, with an additional fortnightly operating service fee.
