Keeping our loved ones safe

At Juniper, the health, safety, and well-being of our community is our highest priority. To reduce the risk of COVID-19 entering our facilities, we have implemented visiting restrictions that comply with WA Government mandates. This currently means we must limit the number of visitors to our residential care homes.

To help us streamline the screening process and reduce the number of visitors presenting at our homes at any one time we ask that visitors pre-plan their visit and make a booking through our Juniper Visit booking system. By booking your visit, you can help us reduce the possibility of community transmission and ensure our staff can screen you into the facility in a timely manner.

To book your visit via Juniper Visit, simply select a date and time that you’d like to arrive at a site. Bookings will allow a member of the Juniper team to be prepared to screen you into the facility at the chosen time. As per government guidelines, once screened you may visit for up to two hours.


What do I need to do before visiting?

Within 2 hours of coming to the facility you and any visitor accompanying you will need to ensure that you complete a RAT test. Please follow the instructions included with your test and that it is conducted accurately.  If any of the people visiting test positive, please ensure that the entire group does not attend the facility.

How do I make a booking?

Each Juniper facility has their own booking page. Please click on the facility name below of where you loved one is being cared for. This will take you on to the booking page. Simply select a suitable date and time for yourself, and then complete the questions to make a booking. You will receive an email confirming your booking.

I don’t see the facility listed?

Juniper Visit is currently being rolled out across Juniper Care facilities and hence is not available at all of them at this stage. Please check back again soon.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

You can easily adjust or cancel your booking from the confirmation email you receive. Just click the Reschedule button in the confirmation email and follow the prompts.
