The Perth Aged Care Learning and Development Network provides a forum for educational innovation and improvement in the WA Aged Care sector and is going from strength to strength.

Co-founded in 2016, with only five aged care providers the forum during the past three years has grown to include more than 30 members, representing 16 aged care services in WA.

Coordinated by a team of four, the network meets quarterly and features a range of guest speakers.

Margaret Antonucci Training and Development Manager with Juniper said the forum was an excellent opportunity to network and share ideas among like-minded professionals.

"This initiative provides opportunities for cross-sector educational leadership and improves the lives of older people through championing innovation and continuous improvement in Learning and Development practice," she said.
