Meet the Residential Manager

Rahul Bhadoria

Rahul’s journey at Juniper began in 2011 when he joined as a carer. Over the years, he has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and Masters in both Biomedical Science and Nursing Practice.

In 2017, Rahul became a Registered nurse and then went on to take on the role of Clinical Nurse Manager. Rahul was appointed as Acting Residential Manager in 2022, and later that same year, he was officially appointed as the Residential Manager.

Rahul believes in active listening and ensures his residents feel heard and valued, encouraging them to share their invaluable knowledge, memories, culture, and traditions. Rahul’s philosophy centers around building trust and acceptance, allowing residents to see the care team not just as caregivers but as members of their extended family.
