Meet the Residential Manager

Kirsty Ibbitson

A Registered Nurse, Kirsty brings extensive experience in Aged Care and a passion for enabling residents to live life with purpose in the way they choose. After working as a Registered Nurse, Kirsty was promoted to a Residential Manager role in the United Kingdom at the age of 26. After moving to Australia, she worked as a Clinical Nurse Manager, joining Juniper as a Registered Nurse before becoming Residential Manager at Hayloft in early 2022.

Kirsty enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents and the surrounding community and

is an advocate for enabling older people to remain as independent as possible, have a meaningful place in community and to make choices in order to provide purpose and maintain self-esteem.
