Residential Aged Care

All Juniper residential care facilities accept visitors in line with the Visitors to Residential Aged Care Facilities Directions No 8 (24 September 2021).

Before visiting, please read our Visiting Arrangements as some conditions apply including health and travel screening on entry.

We continue to do all that we can to protect the health and wellbeing of all our residents, staff and volunteers.

Since 12:01am on Friday 17 September 2021, all Juniper residential care workers, staff and volunteers, have received at least the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination and will be fully vaccinated by 17 November 2021 in line with the RACF Worker Access Directions (No.3).

Home and Community Care

The health and safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation to ensure our clients are able to access the care, services and support they need.

All Juniper Home and Community Care services will continue as per normal.

All clients can expect a pre-visit call to check their health and any recent travel.  We also ask clients to let us know if they are feeling unwell so we can discuss alternative options.

In addition, our staff will continue to practice good hand hygiene, reduce unnecessary contact, and adopt other precautions as required.

Retirement Living – Perth Region

Thank you to our retirement village communities who continue to respond well to the COVID-19 situation.

All residents are reminded to always maintain physical distancing, good hand hygiene and cough etiquette, and if you are experiencing any symptoms, please see your GP. Please remember to use the Safe WA app or mandatory contact register at Juniper cafes and community halls.

To date, no Juniper staff or resident has tested positive to COVID-19.
