With an extensive background in healthcare spanning over a decade, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Throughout her career, Cat has worked in various healthcare settings, including paediatrics and aged care, which has provided her with a holistic understanding of the diverse needs of individuals at different stages of life.
In addition to her healthcare experience, Cat also possesses a strong background in recruitment and sales, with a particular focus on nursing.
Cat’s driving force in her work is her passion for helping people and making a meaningful impact on their lives. Cat is committed to creating an environment where residents thrive, find joy, and experience the highest quality of life possible.
